Refund & Cancellation

This Refund Policy applies to credit pack purchases made on Horaskope, operated by Elicals Edge Private Limited, and processed via Razorpay.
1. Digital nature of the service
Horaskope sells digital credits that are consumed instantly each time you ask a question. Because credits are delivered to your account immediately on payment, refunds are limited as set out below.
2. Refund eligibility
- Failed transactions: If your card or UPI is debited but credits are not added within 24 hours, we will refund the amount in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate purchases are fully refundable on request within 7 days.
- Unused credits: If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Partially used packs: Refundable on a pro-rata basis only at our discretion, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Expired credits: Non-refundable.
3. Non-refundable
- Dissatisfaction with the content of an astrology reading (the service is for entertainment & guidance — outcomes are not guaranteed).
- Credits used in violation of our Terms of Service.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@horaskope.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Registered email on your Horaskope account
- Razorpay order/payment ID
- Reason for the request
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days. Razorpay typically credits the original payment method within 5–7 business days for cards, 1–3 business days for UPI/wallets. Bank turnaround may vary.
6. Cancellation
You can close your Horaskope account anytime from your profile. There are no recurring subscriptions — there is nothing to cancel for billing purposes.
