The fine print.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use Horaskope.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One person, one account. You may not share or sell access.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Service description

Horaskope provides AI-assisted astrology readings across Vedic, Numerology, Nadi and Vastu traditions. Readings are intended for entertainment, reflection and guidance. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

4. Credits and payments

• The first 2 questions per account are free.
• Additional questions require credits purchased via packs (₹299 / ₹599 / ₹999 / ₹6999).
• Credits expire at the end of their pack validity period (10 / 20 / 30 / 90 days).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Indian rupee transactions are subject to 18% GST where applicable.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our systems.
• Submit false birth data to manipulate the service.
• Resell readings or impersonate Horaskope astrologers.

6. Intellectual property

All content, brand marks, software and astrologer personas are the property of Elicals Edge Private Limited. You retain ownership of the messages you submit; you grant us a license to process them solely to deliver the service.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your profile. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, with refund of unused, unexpired credits where required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
